They landed a 4-Star point guard plus Grandstaff yesterday. Does Depaul finally get out of the Big East basement in a couple of years ? And if so, who moves in ?

They have landed a number of pretty good players of late. Where they've failed is turning those players into a good team. Maybe they move out of the basement, but I'll believe it when I see it.
Their 2013 class was ranked #3 in the BE.
They have not been last in the Big East the last two seasons.

And MU has for one of those. SH, CU, Xavier and MU showed the biggest improvement last year, though. Can MU continue it going small? Big year with Howard here.

I think the new arena will help continue their upward trend in recruiting. They eventually need to strike gold on a couple of underrated local kids.

As a league, you'd want to have everyone be competitive with teams revolving in
and out of the league cellar as they go through rebuilding phases. So hopefully, DePaul moves up and no one else becomes seemingly permanently entrenched in the 8 to 10 spots of the league standings.
