Title: Grafton Gun
Post by: 4everwarriors on May 12, 2016, 11:30:15 AM
Another former Warrior went to da Big Dance in da sky. It's freaky just how many of our glorious past have now taken their game to a new level. For those unfamiliar with #15, he woulda been the ultimate 3 point shootin' star in dis era and helped, along wit guys like #24, #31, #22, etc., put Warrior hoops on da Uptown train, ai na?

He did help put MU on the Uptown Train. The guy definitely would have been a big time 3 point threat today. Sad to see another Warrior pass away.

Al used to get on Jeff for not shooting enough. He was never quite Bob Wolfe 2.0 (as some envisioned) but he was solid. Made 7 of 9 in our S16 win over Kentucky as a junior and had 22 vs St John's in the 1970 NIT championship game. Good guy, good player.
