The biggest flaw here is they count NCAA tournament payout units...if I remember correctly, the current Big East schools gave those up when they left the football schools behind and since those are paid out over six years, half the payouts the current BE schools would have earned aren't being paid to them and therefore aren't counted in their favor.
Which, by the way, includes Marquette's three S16s and 1E8.
