P90X guy needs to leverage his own product. ;)
P90x works.
Musta gone grain free, ai na?
You know what I'm most pleased about? Eddie had a very serious 'sit down' with his head coach in January, said 'Yes, sir!', and got to work. Barring injury the boy is going to rumble for 1500 years next year. And all of a sudden guys like Jordy, Randall and Ty are going to be wide open while ARodg contemplates his options in a clean pocket.

P90x works.
Most any real workout routine works if you follow it regularly - running, cycling, yoga, pilates. The big problem isn't the routine itself - it's long-term compliance.
I'm not the honky callin' Eddie, "boy," hey?
