Can you imagine? I realize there were plenty of issues and this was only one game, but watching this again, man that could have been nice to have.
I really don't understand all the contiuned man-crushing on Amo. He had one good game in his entire MU career, and was a cancer in the clubhouse. Also, where would he even get playing time this year? He's too small to play the 5 and Hayward has the 4 spot locked down.
Good riddance to bad rubbish with Amo. He's gone, so we can hopefully stop talking about him and enjoy the group of Warriors currently playing.
The guy doesnt even start for SD ST. ZERO pts in 16 min vs. powerhouse Navy
Yeah, so over this Amo debate. Yes, he was a good player with a ton of potential and upside. That is why Crean recruited him. But in the end, he left. Lets move on.
He would be the Derrick Caracter of the MU team. We don't want that and that's why he's no longer with us.
Amo is doing there what he did here. He has an amazing game where you say wow this kid could be special then he craps out for the next couple games.
I wish him the best (despite being on my dead to me board) but he is just too inconsistant!

Come on, don't give up on the fight to bring back the Gold!

TallTitan - awesome frickin' picture!!!!!!
To clarify, I'm glad he's gone. Way more trouble than he was worth. The whole Caracter thing was actually what reminded me of Amo and the GAS game, and then I found that video.
I just thought I'd share the link. If he had been able to get his head right I think he would be a solid contributer. Last year I think he would have been much more valuable than this year because an inside presence and an outside touch would have really opened up the court for the 3 Amigos to drive more.
But to reiterate, glad he's gone, but hope the kid can get straightened out eventually. I'm perfectly happy with our team as is.
