Title: Watching Parties for the St. John's Victory?
Post by: Jay Bee on March 08, 2016, 09:51:29 PM
I've got an early date at my favorite steakhouse in downtown Mpls before the game, but if anyone wants to meet up with us at game time, I may be game. Anyone watching in downtown Minneapolis and/of the NW suburbs?

I'm sure he can find five minutes somewhere between dinner and the late tip off.

I guess it depends on how you define "done."

Bee Jay would have cooled on me early in the recruiting process. I was never known as an immediate contributor.

I heard he's never been very good at playing the long game.

He also always tries to work it in the backcourt even when the opponent is giving him plenty of openings in the frontcourt

I am sure he doesn't like recruits who are good at deflecting passes.

I'll be at Freehouse beforehand and am debating staying down here to watch vs. heading back west. Let me know what you decide.

Tempting. But I need audio, and need to be about 5 feet from the screen.  Watching MU games at bar just doesn't do it for me - and I'd definitely look a little crazy (ok, admitting that).

Swim up bar. Enough said?

Attempting to discover the true meaning of gluttony. Bartenders keep warning Mrs C what could happen if I have too much Mama Juana.  8-).
