I was born an IU hoops fan, and I can only imagine the reception this speech received from the Hoosier faithful.

This is a video clip of Isiah's acceptance speech given in Bloomington in 1982 where he received an award as the Hoosier celebrity of the year.

The General's facial expressions in the background are priceless.
