Need to get out of that 8/9 game - brutal 7 pm followed by 12 noon next day vs. Villanova
I don't know why that 7pm to noon part of the bracket is set up that way. Would it be so hard to switch games around so the 8/9 team would get a few more hours rest?

I wonder which would be actually worse on the average. The idea that young men in New York City are going to actually rest for a later game does not hold true to me.
Given 3 weeks of rest wouldn't change the beatdown MU will receive from Nova or X.

We'll see how the play Nova at home but they've definitely played X very tough both times this season and probably should have won at least once. I'd love to get a 3rd chance at X so not sure where the Negative Ned "beatdown" talk is coming from.

Hah. Almost beat X on the road a week ago. MU won't beat anyone significant if they play like they did Saturday night, but if they played like they did at X, they could beat anyone.

Trust me. Those guys won't step a foot outside their rooms the night before a game.

Its the advantage given to the #1 seed. Yes, they could give the 8/9 winner more rest, but why?
