Anybody feel Marquette was too prim and proper the first time we played Seton Hall?
Is thug the right word?
Physical is the right word. Wojo said as much after the first time they played.
Warrior mentality.

Correct word or you might use bully. I live in NJ and make most of our SH games and don't feel safe wearing my GE colors when I leave. The fan base is not very sportsman like, not to mention the team. It is more like a prise fight than a college basketball game. I thought the change in coach would help but apparently not. It must be in the water.

Spot on. Hall is the most physical team in the conference and they take the Cincinnati Bearcat style of hips and elbows to heart. It starts with the coach who knows he's in over his head at this level and has let his program loose for anything that saves his job. Prissy mindset in Newark on Wednesday will result in another humiliating beating from this clown operation.

Shoplifting a man purse, sorry satchel, doesn't seem very "thug" to me
I think this is an extremely big game for Wojo/Team/Program. The season got close to the point of no return (if not all the way ther) after the DePaul loss. This game is anything but a guaranteed loss, and provides an opportunity to demonstrate additional growth and build some hope for the remainder of the season.

The short answer is yes.
