Finally, it seems like years since it happened
The Bradley Center was Rock'n
Our One and Done played like a lottery pick
Our guys hit open shots. Gee that makes your offense look good
And we closed the game out when Sandy hit those free throws
Now I remember why I bought season tickets.
Thanks Warriors!
Made me want to keep my tickets.
Stetson was the low point in my 19 years as a STH.
Today was the one of the high points.
Just fantastic.
Great game. So much fun!

I don't think Stetson is even the low point of this season, but to each their own

I think he was talking in terms of attending.
Iowa probably sucked real bad too.
But the lone bright side to attending a game against Stetson is you expect to see a homocide at least. It would be pretty awful to attend.
I had previous plans that made today impossible to attend. Gutting to have missed that, the BC looked electric.

Iowa is so far the only game in 5 years that I have left early.
Too bad ya weren't 'round for Western Michigan under dickhead, hey?

Yeah that's why it could definitely be considered the low point. Never good when you have zero reason to watch even 20 minutes of the game
Loved the game today. Great entertainment.
This team is developing about one might expect. That said, don't give up completely on tournament hopes. A team like this can string together unexpected wins and perform beyond what it's historic performance might predict. These kids are playing hard and learning. Ellenson is a rock star in the making.
Enjoying the ride and so glad to have quality guy like WOJO guiding the journey and growing up with the team. 8-)
Playing a 300+ team in late January in front of 4,000 ppl is pretty depressing. Coupled with our season, it just eat like we had lost everything that Buzz had built. Nice to get some of that back today.

It's amazing that playing well and hitting big shots gets a crowd involved.
Wojo was obviously pumped up about it

We were a crippled team that should not of been in the NIT.

One wonders if Wojo has ever seen a rocked up BC? This was a good environment but maybe at 75% to the TC or BW peaks.

Pretty sure Duke had one or two decent crowds during his 20 years there.

Is a rocked up BC significantly different from a rocked up Cameron?
nm....didn't understand Dr's point.

That was my kinda my point...the guy comes from a top program jacked up for his first head gig, inherents a bucket of crud, replaces half the roster with freshmen, and sees the crowd dwindle as they struggle. Even with the Badger game last year and NMD, the crowd energy last year was low. Even lower this year (the lower student section was sparse 15 minutes before and the upper near empty), but both those sections eventually filled in nicely.
Back to my point, has he ever seen as charged a crowd at the BC? I think not, and that was at about 75%.

I was thinking the same thing. Good for all the coaches who didn't come from Marquette background to see how we bring it.
What was up with the stage lighting fixture blocking the North video board? Can't see the South board from our seats, so couldn't see any of the stats.

Admirals had a post-game concert after their game on Saturday night, so it was probably for that.

Rutgers would die to have 4000 in attendance.

We were wondering about that, too. The next event there is Disney on Ice (Feb 4-7), and I am not sure that is the appropriate lighting setup for a show like that.
Was a fun game and enjoyed the atmosphere. Only second home game I have attended, but will be back before year is out. Overall it was step in the right direction in getting my attention back.
With the over half court shot going in and in the second half Haanif having a rebound bounce off his hands into the basket for Butler I was just figuring we were destined to lose that game. I glad I was wrong.
How does everyone like the band in the East Lobby pre-game? Nice idea but not a great place to congregate, especially with the security lines. Most students arrived late yesterday so I am sure they didn't pay much attention. Some good bands, but the accoustics not great. Maybe better unplugged?
I come in on the otherside. I looked over the second floor railing at the first group from above the first game they did it and was not impressed. I have not thought about it since then.
