Super awesome for the kid and the program - cool moment (except Traci's moves)

       i'll take it that you mean this in a good way?  nothing wrong with "mind" games.  what would you call
having dwade, or jfb, or reading or playing some al mcguire stuff, or....i call that wise.  you could have players ready with all the physical tools in the world.  sometimes one needs that intangible-the mind games-could prove to be the difference between winning the close ones or getting and keeping the lead, feeding off the crowd at home games or blocking them out on the road

What is clear is that the head coach knows a thing or two about leadership himself.

Within one minute of walking into a hangar you can tell if it is a well run squadron (or not). Watching that video brings home a few lessons. Wojo knows what he is about.
