If I had said
Wisconsin will take 20 more shots than us
Wisconsin will make double the three pointers we do
MU will shoot 42.9% from the free throw line
Wisconsin will out rebound us
How many of you would say we were going to lose?
That's what happened today. Stats can be funny.....just like sports fans
To be fair, if I had told you...
Koenig and Hayes would go 7/29 from the field
Wisconsin would go 1/4 from the line
Marquette would win the foul battle
Wisconsin would shoot 36.4% from the field
Marquette would shoot 52.2% from the field
Marquette would shoot 60% from three
How many of you would say we would win in blowout fashion?
Cuts both ways ;)

Agree with this. An excellent Game plan and the follow thru execution by the players and the stats take care of themselves.

Forget all of those stats. If you had told me that neither team would score more than 60 points I wouldn't have thought we would win
It's like how if I told you the Packers led the Lions for exactly 0:00 of the game, you'd think they lost.

Unless you lived out west I would have suggested your local law enforcement make a visit to your home to see what you're smoking.

If you would have said that about any other team except the Lions, I would have agreed.

I did say this...

For the first time in awhile, I'm not so sure about this one. We have been much, much, much better than Wisconsin at not fouling. Even when we played on neutral courts at MSG we won the foul battles. Thus far, Bucky is much more foul prone than we have been, and I think Happ and Brown (both foul prone) will have a lot of trouble with our frontcourt.
When you look at foul tendencies and our bench, I think we would fare a lot better in a battle of attrition, and I'm just not convinced Wisconsin has the players that will get the benefit of the doubt like they did in the past, as only Hayes and Koenig are really recognizable to any of the refs that are accustomed to them.
I'm actually a bit surprised that Happ and Brown only had 4 fouls between them.
