Love the stock photo of Derrick.
Good point about playing only 8. We should see some Wally and Matt time tonight.

I think that article made up stats about the IUPUI/Indiana State game. He got the score right but he claims that Marcellus Barksdale led them with 25 points and 6 boards when he actually had 7 points and 3 boards. He also claimed that Elijay Ray had a great game...I assume he means Elijah Ray had a great game...which is funny because he isn't on the team anymore. All the numbers are wrong.

Wow, that's hilarious to have such blatant errors. I guess it truly is all about clicks. Who cares about content if you can get clicks?
IUPI 1-0 and MU 0-10. Most teams have a rotation of 8 players.

Holy crap, I think the guys would have played harder if they knew the Belmont game had a 10x multiplier!
Every stat there is made up for the IUPUI/ISU game. The scoring statistics, the rebounding, the percentages, the number of assists and turnovers, all of those numbers are wrong. I went back to last year's opening game box score and they didn't match that game either. The guy just pulled numbers out of the aether and based his analysis on those made-up numbers.

Actually, he didn't make them up. I found where he pulled them from. They are the stats from the IUPUI v. Western Illinois matchup that took place on February 26, 2015. How the f**k he got mixed up enough to pull stats from such a random game is beyond me. It might have actually been better if he had made them up.
Besides gomarquette.com, this was the only article out there this morning on the game.
Kinda funny how this could get so screwed up.....love the picture of our starting guard....from last year.
