A role model is someone you can look up to for how they go about their business and how they play the game.
Do you want someone pattering their game off MJ? A winner and team player?
Or Melo a guy who doesn't play defense and chuck up shots?

You are the one who is bringing up "role models." Hank said he modeled his game (not his life, not that he looks up to Carmelo, just models his game) after Carmelo. If you'd have a problem with Hank leading us to a National Title this year and going on to have a HOF NBA career then more power to you. Personally I think it looks absurd, but to each their own.

Out of 7 billion people in the world, Carmelo is one of the 50 best at what Henry is looking to do. Carmello Anthony is a bit of a ball stop and is on the downside of a fabulous career, but he is a natural scorer. I would be happy if Henry models his game after him.
