If this was grades, it speaks more to the incompetence of their Athletic Dept than their Academic Standards. Schools like Michigan and Stanford seem to get it right without these late-in-the-process misses, since their ADs work closely with Admissions to ensure potential recruits will be able to get in on the front end.
But Bucky nation should be able to get a few months of self-fellatio out of this.
This is old news, this was probably the last straw that caused the vadgers to review their procedures regarding admittance which was written about last week in jsonline.
This is more evidence that Stone didn't choose against UW due to admissions requirements... He wouldn't have known at that point with any certainty either way.
