Previous round summary:  A surprisingly spry Catholic 7 almost managed to do the unthinkable...a 16 vs 1 upset.  However, with a few well placed barbs, Myron Metcalf, SuperTroll managed to sneak out a victory (with Benny B assisting on the game winner of course).  In the other game, it turned out winning against I be chillin doe was just not doable.


Myron Metcalf, SuperTroll

This one is spectacular, and not easy to explain.  There is an ESPN basketball analyst, Myron Metcalf who has shown a propensity to write negative things about MU.  He published a story about disappointing teams in the 2015 season.  Unbeknownst to the Scoop community Benny B decided to troll them by adding text that made it look like Myron was unjustifiably attacking MU basketball.  Scoopers took this seriously and decided to use social media to berate Myron.  Here's where it gets good....even after Benny was outted in the thread Scoopers still thought it was real and got re-trolled.  Additionally, Myron in his zeal to defend himself, outted himself as the Skip Bayless of college basketball.  It was so meta as to blow your mind


I be chillin doe

This meme is a twitter crossover from one of MU's most recent favorite and very quotable players, Davante Gardner.  Posted as a sort of catch phrase on his twitter account, the I be chillin doe caught on with the Scoop community.  Generally posted in any thread related or perceived to be related to Gardner, the poster uses this meme to convey casual acceptance of all things.

Did I really get the assist?  I thought I voted much earlier than that, unless game-winning assists are now being doled out at halftime.
