This is not to rag on UW. However, what is up with their uniforms. They look at best like underwear sticking out.
But to me, they reminded me of a 2 year olds with their diapers sticking out of their pants. I really thought the uniforms looked bad and like diapers. And, I normally don't notice or care about uniforms.
I'm surprised that someone didn't nix those things. If we go that direction, which I hope we don't, at least make sure the middle isn't white like a diaper, and pleated to give it that full diaper look.
It's Adidas. All Adidas teams wore the same unis for the tournament, including Louisville (except they had the equally atrocious short sleeve womens jerseys too).
Are we due for new uniforms? It's possible we're going to fall victim to modern jersey fashion like short sleeves or shamrock shakes

Adidas and Under Armour are the ones responsible for the terrible jerseys. Nike and Jordan Brand are much better at being either classic or cutting edge stylish.
Short sleeved basketball jerseys are just awful. Don't think Jordan brand would do something like that.
All that crap seems to be Adidas, so hopefully not.
I'd love to see a slight modification to bring back the camo-sides with our current unis instead of the stripes. Sort of like the Doc Rivers era.
UCLA is Adidas too and they had the normal uni's, so there must be someway to say no to the ugly tourney ones. It would suck to win a NC and have all the images of those forever. I like weird uniforms, but those were a miss.
UCLA had the diapers too.

I actually liked ND's unis from Under Armour.
Adidas is just trash outside of soccer.
The ND shamrock shake stuff and the zubaz shorts from a few years ago was when they were still Adidas.

I called them the cumberbund uniforms. They were bad.
They look like men's bathing suits from the early 20th Century.

I'm almost certain I had a coat from Abercrombie and Fitch that looked like that back in 1997. What was I thinking?

Speaking of MU uniforms...does anyone know if the Spirit Shop is still selling those throwback uniform tops?
The Warrior uniform that followed the NCAA banned "bumble bee" duds had a broad band just below the waist. However, it also had a half as wide stripe on the jersey that somehow made the design work.
Said in another way, the "diaper" uniform was pioneered by MU about 45 years ago.

I was in there about a month ago and they were still selling them.

Yeah--all those teams with that wide white stripe need to adopt a new fight song, "Pants on the Ground."
Bring back the bumblebees. If Wisconsin can wear diapers, we can wear mind-altering bumblebee uniforms
They look like they're all wearing little tutus to me.
Hate.
