We've got this.
I find it hilarious that two months ago Seton Hall was a top 25 team and now they would be a 30 seed in their region. Why have they not fired Willard yet?
I don't like our chances to advance past the Not Great 128.

They don't want to lose their freshman class and have the new coach start literally from scratch.
Screw them. They put us in the South Regional! I say we stay home.
The Sun Prairie Diesel Truck Driving School got snubbed!
You thought your bracket got busted with only 64?
Would be a quite a ticker on ESPN the opening day.

I'm sure they don't, but considering the freshman class seemed to rip the team apart and cause locker room strife, I think they'd be better off looking for a new coach and hoping he can keep the worthwhile pieces together. Whitehead could be (foolishly) gone after this year and there have been rumors of Gibbs going the grad transfer route. No NCAA appearances and one good recruiting class in 5 years is not worth keeping that steaming pile of a program together for.
But I agree, they'll keep him in hopes that the guy that couldn't get Theodore and Pope to the dance as seniors and couldn't get a top 25 team in January named on the Selection Show 6 weeks later will magically turn it around in year 6.

When Willard didn't step in to gain control when the freshmen took over the team, it became clear to me that he was going all in, sink or swim with the freshmen. Gibbs should have some nice options. I wouldn't be surprised to see him go. There doesn't seem to be any love lost between him and Whitehead.
Give Willard one more year and this year's freshmen might be more motivated to stay after being at Seton hall for two years, and Whitehead will be gone (if he's not going now) making his classmates possibly more controllable.
