No wonder we missed the NCAA tournament post season again, it was a drain on profits!
Xavier #18, and Dayton "just missed" top 20. No other Big east schools in the mix. Dayton was screwed by the selection committee this year. A friend who is a Dayton grad said they wish they had Al, he would tell the NCAA to go jump. In any event, the Big East should add Dayton.

No it should not.
It will. About the time this TV deal is up, expansion of the league will be up for discussion. Dayton, Richmond, SLU are all contenders. It will be interesting to see how Xavier and G-town maneuver to prevent it.

Hopefully by lobbying to get BU to put some dollars into basketball. I'd rather my road trips be to Boston than that other place in the middle of nowhere.

I
REALLY hope not. That would be such an awful decision.
These are MU's numbers.
After a year delay, you don't think the 2003 FF mattered?

Al was only able to tell the NCAA to go jump because Marquette was invited to the NCAA tournament which allowed Al to decline in favor of the NIT.
I think that you may be confusing the effect of the 2003 final four with the effect of joining the Big East conference in 2005.
