Title: Is Homer OK?
Post by: Goose on February 14, 2015, 03:28:54 PM
Homer has been missing for a week now and hope all is OK with him. All week on radio show they said he was out on assignment. Anyone know where he has been?

Mac today said that Homer and his wife were vacationing in Bora Bora. Mac further went on to say that Homer told Mac that Mac could say whatever he wanted in regards to where Homer is/what he's been doing.

Are you just a random fan or do you have medical training? Because even if he had a head injury, you can't call it that....even if you saw it with your own two eyes. It's the rules. ;)

So Homer and Carlino both suffered concussions at Seton Hall and both are going to miss the same amount of time.

Is this the new walking boot?

I think there is more to the story and not buying Mac's version just yet.

+1000  Listening on the radio is not the same without him.  I love him and Mac together.  Get well soon, bud.

He decided he didn't want to cast games until Carlino is back. Theres only so much play by play of Derrick dribbling on the three point line.

It's not the sauce.

On Homer's most indulgent days it's Baileys. He fell and sadly it's taken a toll.

Homer is back on his show today. He reported that he had an incident in New York  in which he passed out/ had a concussion/ had a seizure. He said he is not sure exactly what happened. We all wish him a quick recovery. He is truly a good guy and a big part of the MU family.

Scary stuff given his head injury in the car accident a couple of years ago (or was it last year?).

I know they announced it as the flu when he was first out, but given the severity of it, I can't believe that he didn't go right to a hospital.  I hope he or someone has better sense next time to get him admitted right away.
