Wes gets a little love from the Portland media. Check it out:

Thanks to Dave Jorling for passing this along.
"Wesley Matthews -- even though he doesn't view himself as a shooter -- leads the league in three-point makes (118) and last week became the most prolific three-point shooter in Trail Blazers history. Matthews has made 778 threes in five seasons with the Blazers, five more than long-time point guard Terry Porter (773)."
Terry Porter played 10 seasons for the Blazers, and Wes passes him up in less than five. Unbelievable.
I want to see some of that bow & arrow celebration this season at the Bradley Center.

That is crazy good! Wes has been 1 of my favorite MU alums in the league since he joined.

Wes brought the 3-Gogs to the team, wonder if he is still close or not.
Does that make Wes Matthews 'bad bad Leroy Brown'?

Leroy was meaner than a junkyard dog, Wes is better than a junkyard dog (which doesn't really make any sense as a reference)
Wes in the three point contest. Only took being the league leader to finally make it.
