We know how that feels. Haven't watched the game but Kaminsky doesn't appear to be playing?
Edit: Rutgers with the upset 67-62
Yeah he had concussion so didn't play.
Still Rutgers blows
Wisconsin loses! Could this day get any better?
Marquette didn't lose at the RAC as a member of the Big East?
Choked away a 12 point halftime lead. Gurgle, gurgle.
Tough place to play. Reminds me of old Alumni Hall at DePaul.

I think we lost in 2006 against Rutgers but didn't lose to them again in the Big East?

Interesting ... NBA Draft Express has Kevon Looney at No. 11, Frank Kaminsky at No. 14 and Sam Dekker at No. 16 in its current mock draft.
IMO Dekker = Adam Morrison. Can't create his own shot over NBA 3/4s.

Why does anybody care about our RPI hit? Wisconsin's loss to Rutgers certainly isn't going to move us from a 3 to a 4 seed, and it won't be the difference between us going to the NCAA and us missing the NCAA.

Can't find any visuals. The first link claims 2,012 of the 7,211 paid attendance showed up. Also completely forgot that Rutgers was without their head coach because the weather left him unable to get a flight back to coach the game.

Even on potential, I struggle to see Dekker going that high with his lack of meaningful production this year. And Kaminsky is a fantastic college player, but I can't see him defending well at the next level and plenty of 4s will be able to stay with him out to the perimeter. I can see them both in the 25-35 range.
Looney however is the real deal. He was fantastic the other night against Stanford, 27 and 19, followed it up with 15 and 7 tonite against Cal. UCLA is having their struggles but his NBA audition season is going swimmingly.

Bilas will be heartbroken if this draft turns out to be accurate because he loves him some Josh Gasser.
I'm a big Bilas fan, but he strains his credibility when he keeps touting Gasser as a future pro. Unless he means Gasser will be playing alongside Davante in France.
A Packers win and a Vadgers loss. That's a damn good day.

My favorite Rutgers story was the curious case of Coach Fred Hill...he was screaming obscenities from the stands at the Pitt coaches and players during a Rutgers - Pitt baseball game... (Hill's father is the Rutgers baseball coach.) After being warned to stay away from the stadium he went back and continued to swear at the Pitt people!

Hill has landed quite softly, albeit with a terrible look, just to the right of Willard in Hall's Newark arena.
All basketball season the BTN has been hyperventilating that Bucky could go undefeated in conference play. Without saying it directly, the were strongly implying they were as good as Kentucky.
This is what BTN is supposed to do, ridiculously over-hype B1G teams.
I wonder how they are spinning this loss?

That's an easy one: Can't read too much into it since it was on the road and Kaminsky didn't play.

Not throwing stones as all I know about him is this story. But you gotta admit, your boss tells you your job is on the line then you go out and behave like this then, after your boss orders you to stay away, you go right back???
He might have some Irish Temper but what he really needs is a brain

Huge loss. He is the one UW guard who can force tempo and push the ball into the lane.
Sucks for the Vadgers.
Ehh. I never thought he was very good to be honest. But, neither is Bronson Koenig, so there's that.
Yeah, I'm down with DWill.
Badgers were really over rated before these injuries. Koenig isn't good.
They'll lose 6-7 games in conference

The B1G is bad. They aren't losing 6-7 games regardless of Jackson's injury.

I'll give Jackson credit in that he is pretty fearless at the end of games and wants the ball in his hands, something you don't see from other guys on the team. But otherwise I agree, he's not particularly quick.
Koenig has been pedestrian. I worry that he'll make that leap going into next year, but thus far he's been just ok.

However bad the Rutgers loss is, I don't see the badgers losing 6-7 games. The Bigish is just a bad conference. Too many bottom feeders and too many inconsistent teams.
Jackson is relatively quick for UW, however. There will be a drop off in athleticism that cannot be afforded much by UW to stay at an elite level. However, if had to happen, now is obviously better for UW than in 6 weeks. He will be back and should be fine by the time it really matters.
