Fun fact:  Trey Mourning's legal name is apparently Alonzo Mourning III.  Yeah, that one.  However, the rule for the contest is official roster names only, so Trey it is.

Congrats to our Providence winner, Paschal Chukwu.

The easy vote would have been for Othella the Big Fella, but he's Director of Basketball Operations.

Can't find a clip of Rafferty saying that anywhere, though I can hear it in my head clearly.

Have you usually included coaches on this list?  Because when I saw Othella Harrington on the list, I thought "does he have a kid that old already?"

Yes, coaches count.  Our previous coach nominees have included Thad Matta and Hall-of-Famer (at least as far as names go)  God Shammgod.

I always vote for the guy with an apostrophe in his name.

I haven't looked this year (I try not to get too far ahead of myself), but a couple of years ago, St. John's had 3 different guys with apostrophes.

St. John's is the Kentucky of cool names.

Is Trey Mourning a good 3-point shooter?

3PT% = .000  Slightly higher than his PPG of 0.0

He still gets my vote.

Had to go with "Trabil". Neither of his names come close to a word in the dictionary!
