Jae has put up some better numbers since the trade. He looked good yesterday against the Bulls and it was even noted by the Chi announcers that he "seems a lot more offensive minded than we've seen him be in the past."
PPG is up from 3.6 to 5.9.
Reb up from 1.2 to 2.1.
Blocks, assists and steals all up fractionally. (because he's avg 4 extra min a game.)
I've also noticed he's been in at the end of a couple of games. I hope Stevens' trust in him continues to grow.
Jae's alma mater is the reason Stevens is no longer coaching NCAA basketball (forget the fat wallet he has or the fact that he doesn't have to fly around the country telling teenagers what they want to hear anymore).
Crowder started for the Celtics tonight as Jeff Green didn't dress, and is reportedly on his way to Memphis via trade.

Had 11 pts, 7 rebs, 2 ast, 2 stl, 0 TO in 27 mins.
Meanwhile, in Washington, Jimmy Butler had a horrible game. Very unusual for him this season. Hey, it happens ... even to JFB.
Happy to see Jae making the most of his opportunity.
Love his number!
