66-61

So they beat #15 St Johns and #6 Nova this week.  Can they from no ranking points to being ranked in the space of 1 week?

The Hall is now 12-2 (2-0) with two ranked wins this week and their losses were at #11 Wich and at UGA, neither was a bad loss.

And now they go on the road.

A good Seton Hall is nothing but good for the Big East. Now we just need to get ourselves and GTown on track and the Big East is a Top 3 conference next year.

And they won both those games without Whitehead. Impressive

Seton Hall is that deal... I told people they were a sleeper with Whitehead, their winning without him... WOW

Don't look now, but DePaul up on Xavier with under 8 left in the ballgame.

Look for Kevin Willard to be one of the "hot" coaching prospects this coming offseason.  He is the son of a respected college coach (Ralph), and he has recruited well to Seton Hall.  Hopefully, he decides that the Big East is the place to be and The Hall compensates him as such.

I believe home teams are undefeated in BE play. And seems to be holding in the first 3 games today.

It's hard to win on the road in the Big East.

Wow... and with that DePaul stands atop the conference with Seton Hall.

Willard is a clown. He hired Whitehead's coach to get Isiah and then let Isiah bring Delgado and Sanogo with him. He had to have the year they are having or else time was up. As usual, those are the coaches to watch out for because, like an athlete in a contract year, they always seem to find that extra bit of pace to improve their lot.

Also, Hall is better without Whitehead. Certainly defensively. He has no track back and is on a six month stopover until NBA Draft workouts begin in April. We'll see what happens when a few of the pieces start to get greedy for Willard to keep it together.

Delgado is a very nice player.

In other words, he landed a good class and is making it work so far.   The clown.

This is just the beginning.

There will be a lot of BE results this season that make us say, "Wow."

All games in BE have been won by home team.  If we all finish 9-9 what is the tie breaker, I say most beer consumed.
