In the Seton Hall vs. Villanova game. Angel Delgado and Josh Hart fall to the floor on a loose ball. Nova gains possession of the loose ball and goes down the court.
While down, Hart intentionally kicks Delgado, injuring him, and then when he gets up tries to stomp on his leg intentionally. Delgado is down and hurt...no call.
Nova gets a 5 on 4 possession and scores. The refs finally call for an injury time out, where they review the play. They deem it a flagrant 1 (should have at least been a flagrant 2), Delgado (a 40% FT shooter) has to shoot the FT's and misses both, they then get possession, but it was the possession they already had.
That situation is just unfair for Seton Hall. They should have a way, that in a situation like that, where a player intentionally injures another player to gain an advantage that you can remove then points from the gained advantage, essentially, wipe out play from the point of the flagrant foul.
