Tickets are $13 dollars and the arena is about the size of a large HS arena. Many tickets still available. Absolutely no reason if you live in the Chicago area not to get online and purchase tickets right now. Valpo is extremely well coached and pretty talented. Could be a very difficult game for MU, sure would be nice for them to play in front of a friendly crowd like at All-State. I will be their 13th row behind the MU bench just got my tickets like a week ago. Be there to help MU with their first true road game of the season. They need your help...this game concerns me like Nebraska after winning the GAS or like ND in 2003 after making the Top 10 in the rankings. Unless you are a MU season ticket holder with lower level seats this is your best chance to see MU up close and personal.
And two hours from Grand Rapids. I have my tickets. It is the closest they are playing to where I live, so it is an opportunity not to be missed.
Absolutely if you live in Michigan or Indiana or Chicago it is closer than going to Milwaukee. For many in Chicago it may even be quicker to get to than All-State. For about 1/3 the price all things included you will also be much closer to the action. Closest game for me except for the ND games at ND. Even for the Indy people it's only about an 1.5 hour run up I-65.
