Excellent stuff. I love the idea of having all the past players' names associated with each number.

That was a great video....and thought it was cool too to put the names of all the guys who have worn the current player's numbers on a list in their locker.

That '77 trophy they keep is showing is not real right?  That trophy has the newer NCAA basketball logo on it, I think.

I'm not sure that I would have added Keith Stewart to the list of players who wore number 10 at Marquette.  Maybe legacies can be cautionary tales, as well.

I think it's similar to college football. I believe Clemson has a crystal football trophy for their 1981 championship but the trophy wasn't created until 1986.

"In 2009, the AFCA allowed universities to buy replica trophies for any year a school finished first in the Coaches' Poll prior to the trophy's creation in 1986."

Ha, nice one.

Cool video.  I really like the list of players who wore the previous jersey numbers.

I think there's a few replicas around campus because there's one on display at the Al I wonder which one is real.

Another very well done video. Love that new locker room. Big time upgrade. I would think it compares very favorably with any school in the country.

I believe the one at the Al in the walk of champions area is actual trophy. It has the 70s design.

Flares, gold chains, polyester and bush?

Note how the 74 and 77 trophies are different than the 03.

I might honestly be willing to hand over some $$$ to watch one of the staff games. Especially if it was against our team.

Seemed like practices were somtimes akaward. Wojo semed like he would get upset than not know what to say or to just yell at the players saying there bad.

The awkward feeling may come from the fact they knew they were being filmed.

I thought we saw the last of Bush but it seems there might be a resurgence. The apex of Bush popularity was in the late '70's and 80's. While we had an 8 year period with Bush the decades since have been characterized by a lack of Bush.  Looks like there is a possibility of more Bush for at least 4 years.

Personally, I've enjoyed the Bush-less years. Far more intellectually stimulatin', plus I'm into hardwood floors.

As a young pilot, earning my wings as it were, the enemy lurked beneath a thick, dense, steamy jungle canopy. Unseen and bloody difficult to find, encounters with the enemy were rare and impossibly fleeting. Perhaps it was the recency of the Vietnam War, a wound that would never heal, why we trained for rooting out an enemy at home under lush foliage. Contact, however brief, was cherished and celebrated over combat beers as tales of conquest were relived with great gusto among comrades who shared a passion for the hunt.

As the years passed I noticed that my approaches became less hairy. Perhaps it was my increased skill as an aviator or the fact that landing strips became more prominent navigation aids for the intrepid men who slip the surly bonds. Whereas once it was difficult to find the field amid the overgrown vegetation, by the '90's airport operators began to clear away the bush making it simple for the weary pilot to land his aircraft safely on a clearly demarcated landing strip that led straight into the hangar.

Now, however, even the landing strips have vanished. Tales of horror have emerged from the battlespace where airmen, lacking any meaningful situational references, have undershot their approaches and ended up in the wrong hangar. Amid cries of pain and angry tears hangar owners have questioned the airmanship of brave men who have asked only to have the opportunity to serve.
