Looking a bit ahead to our first Big East game. DePaul beat Stanford (coached by another ex Dukie). We are going to have to play hard every single game. There are no gimmees in the Big East this year Need to get as many of our fans to that first game as possible.

I know Wojo will be pumped up for his first Big East Game, he will need to get the kids on the same page.

Can "whiteboard" become a new scoop meme? I really want to see it in this years tourney.

It's odd, but my son goes to Lehigh and was home for Thanksgiving and we stumbled across Lehigh-DePaul on FS1 so we watched. Lehigh played ridiculously well in that game. Every time they had an open shot they hit it. My son said Lehigh played out of their minds that game. I know that loss looks terrible on paper, but I didn't think DePaul looked that bad during the game, other than Billy Garrett Jr seemed to have a bad night.

I remember Buzz being in on Myke Henry in HS.

We were, lost out to Illinois, where he looked like a complete bust. Had a few marginal games, but never looked like the player he was expected to be. Granted, DePaul hasn't played much competition, but he's really taken it to another level there.
With Garrett, Hamilton, and Crockett, they have a few decent pieces. Still have little faith in Purnell, but they will be interesting to watch.
