Will the Omaha game be carried on MUTV???
Fox Sports 2.

Fox Sports 2.
Which seems to require yet another expenditure in order to watch it on Directv. FS2 is not available on the "normal package" or even with the Sports Pack which I've subscribed to. :(
Oh, well. Perhaps a stream will be available.
try directv channel 618
I won't be able to watch this one, so I'll be relying on the calm, rational analysis of my fellow Scoopers.
Uh-oh.

You have to have the XTRA Package to get FS2, which is a whopping $5 more per month than the Choice package. I obviously don't know what package you have, but my guess is Choice, as the next step down (Entertainment) doesn't even have FS1. You know you can call DTV (or do it online) upgrade you package for one day, then move it back down the next (or even after the game) and they will charge you a pro-rated cost. It would cost you less than a $0.25 to watch the game.
I have a stream hookup, if I won't get banned for posting.

Right, I do have "Choice". So I've got access to FS1 but not FS2. While it may be an additional $5 per month to gain access to FS2, for two incremental games I'll likely pass. With my existing Choce + SportsPack, I currently have access to all the other games, so it's not the end of the world. ;)

Never said it was the end of the world, just trying to help you out. With DirecTV, you have access is every single MU game. The point is, you can upgrade to XTRA package for a day to get the game, and just cancel it the next day. It would cost you $0.17.

Understood, and I didn't mean to be at all snarky with my response. I do, sincerely, appreciate the suggestion on temporarily upgrading. Yet when I added SportsPack they told me a penalty would be accessed if I quit within 30 days. So I suspect something similar is present with adding XTRA. But it can't hurt to ask them and your point is well taken.

Nah, that is just for upgraded programming, not your basic cable package. For instance, you couldn't order Showtime or HBO and just cancel it the next day (like they explained for the SportsPack). But you could upgrade your overall package from Choice to XTRA and change it back the next day, unless they recently changed this.
As long as it's your grandmother's 2nd cousin's son's uncle's stream. Then you're fine.
I have Time Warner, and do not pay for Fox Sports 2, thus it doesn't show on my TV. However, on the TWC app on my tablet, Fox Sports 2 does work.
Perhaps typing this publicly was a mistake.
It is available streaming on Fox Sports to Go. I am going to watch that otherwise I would have to upgrade.

So you can watch on Fox Sports online even if you don't get Fox Sports 2 in your cable package? I'm having trouble getting FS2 online because it isn't in my cable package (which does include FS1).

Interesting. I have TWC, it's channel 328.

Optimum lets you get FS2 on line, maybe other cable operates are different.

Thanks...BrightHouse doesn't seem to allow it here in Indy.
The game is not on the Fox Sports Go App in New England either. Not with Xfinity/Comcast as provider. It's going to suck if all the MU games are going end up Fox Sports 2 this season. Won't be good for BigEast for that matter
WTF? They are not showing it on Fox Sports 2.
Only on Fox Sports Go. Don't get it with DirecTV?!?!?!? EFF

Where are you seeing it as not playing on FS2? Very clearly on with DirectTV on channel 618.

No. I have sources. Done deal. Not on FS2.
ESPN 540 AM Radio. Enjoy Homer calling the game.

When I logged in to optimum I wouldn't let me in.... Aargh :)
Seriously, does anyone have a link to a stream? I really loved turning on Fox Sports 2 and seeing "...available on Fox Sports GO..." WTF Fox...? You're supposed to be the Big East network...!?
this is ridiculous.
Didn't work for me either. :(
Unbelievable. I don't understand why it is so hard to get reliable access to MU games.
If Fox Sports 2 is claiming delays in football games due to the weather mean the MU game must be moved, why are they showing "The CC Sabathia Story" from five years ago????
Fox Sports sucks!

No kidding. Lots of money to have DirectTV but no MU game, despite Guide showing it as the game at 1:30. Stinks.
Seriously, if you have a stream just post it. Thanks!
Can't blame the TV providers, Fox Sports changed this up. The MU email yesterday even listed FS2 - so it changed up in the past 24 hours.
Fox Sports is evil and must be destroyed
It's the correct move by Fox as Stanford and Cal game is at 3pm.

It's because of the weather delay in the Kansas OU game.

Got the game to work by downloading the Fox Sports Go app for Windows 8.1 (in the Windows Store). Not a terribly painful process.
Stanford/Cal is going to be on FS1. There is no football scheduled on FS2 from where I'm at (Charlotte). Put me in with the confused group...
Pm me with a stream link. Please!

Because Kansas and Oklahoma didn't start untill 12:30 because of the weather delay.
I'm in Chicagoland. Fox Sports GO app for ipad I got nothing. Am I doing something wrong? Anyone else in Chi getting it online?

My understanding...
Kansas/Oklahoma is on FS1 right now, but delayed by weather.
Stanford/Cal is supposed to be on FS1 next, but the channel will still be airing KU/OU at kickoff of Stanford/Cal.
The start of Stanford/Cal gets bumped to FS2.
Fox prioritizes the start of Stanford/Cal over MU/UNO, and they're not going to pull the plug on our game mid-game, which would likely be necessary to get to Stanford/Cal on time.

I agree with this (at least, agree that it is FSx reasoning), but why not still include the game on FS Go for everyone?
Ok. That makes sense. Thanks for the clarification.

My best guess is that it's Ners's fault, but we may need a poll to know for sure.
I saw on the schedule that there is a replay at 10pmish on FS2. Hopefully I can DVR it then.
Hey guys, sorry. I meant to post it before heading to the game. Completely forgot until I was in the stands. My bad. That said, I may have done you a favor.

Don't think there was a working link anywhere. All the links just played FS2
Y'all shouldn't waste the electricity. Game fookin' blows.
