Who thinks what? In keeping with the uncertainty about the entire season, I can't help but predict two outcomes, with each seeming to be a reasonable possibility.
MU 63 - OSU 58
OSU 76 - MU 54
A lot to a little.
No idea. I'm sort of confident but also fully recognize that it could get ugly.
My hope is Carlino is vey hot hitting 5 threes in route to 23 points and 6 assists. JJJ (14) and Deonte (13) have nice games as well. Juan continues to show flashes of being the leader of this team. MU is out rebounded by 12 but hold OSU to 62 points.
65-62 W for the Warriors.
I don't have a prediction but I did just see the line: OSU is an 11 1/2 point favorite.
I have to admit that if someone held a gun at my head and told me to place a bet on this game, my money would go on the home team, the taller team, the deeper team, the team with the proven coach, etc.
But there is no gun and I never bet against the Warriors because I never want to root against them. So here's hoping our lads find some way to beat the odds! (And, more importantly, the Buckeyes!!)
68-52 "THE osu"
78-60. The Suckeyes.
I don't think it will be a low scoring game for Ohio State. If we can hit from the outside we can disrupt their zone and score some points too. Hoping we can. I'm thinking OSU 83 MU 72.
Hoping I dan look back on this post after we win and be happy I was wrong! Go Marquette!
80-58, OSU.
They're usually very good defensively, not sure MU can score enough to keep it competitive.
Ohio State 70
Marquette 54
OSU runs away early but MU makes the final look respectable.
OSU 81, MU 58
I am very interested to see how we will compete against a good team with size. I can't get last year out of my head and this one is on the road. I don't see us keeping it close.

This is true, but Matta switced team from man to man to zone this season. This is only their second game using zone. I think it may take awhile for them to get it down.
78-67 OSU
MU hits shots vs. the zone and keeps it tight in the first half 35-32
tOSU size wears us down and with foul trouble we fade and lose 69-58

Spot on here ... foul trouble will be a concern for us.
On the flip side though, I think MU has the right type of scorers (JaJuan, Carlino, Duane, Deonte, Dawson) to consistently get into the lane and draw fouls.
84-58 OSU.
I think it's almost a lock we lose by 20
Vegas line was OSU -12. I never bet against Vegas. Seems like it could be a trap bet with a lot of people taking OSU -12. Would not surprise me to see a closer game than anticipated, Vegas knows all.
It can't be underestimated that Anklebiter Craft is gone and can no longer get away with his fetish for slapping people's arms
with that said... do we have B1G refs tonight?
42-7 OSU.
My heart tells me... MU 65 - OSU 62
My head tells me... OSU 77 - MU 63
In my best Superfan voice:
Warriors 3,614
Buckeyes -11
Now pass da sassage over by dare.

Was just about to do an identical post
Heart says MU 59 - OSU 58
Head says OSU 64 - MU 48
OSU 64 MU 56
Over under on the game was 136. That seemed high to me given last year's struggles for both teams.
Expecting a big game from Deonte. Think he'll be our leading scorer.
Marquette 62
Them 55

I would take the home team and give up the points.
Take the Bucks, give the points. 74-56.
Last time I expected us to get our butts whipped this badly was January 3, 2006.
Whats up with OSU 20+ point win. What are we Grambling St.?
OSU 71
MU 58
Some guy has us beating Ohio State by 28 LOL.

Nope, Grambling has five guys 6'7" or taller.
Has Wojo installed an offense yet?
So, will we get an "embarrassing loss on national television" thread after the game? Or does it even count when all eyes will be on the big one for MSU/Duke and KU/UK?

He's been talking about defections a lot. A whole lot.
not much optimism in here.

He also said we are a highly anticipated final 4 team
Ohio State 69-48. Deonte our leading scorer with 11. Our lack of size will really hurt us.

tOSU was the right side. Back door, garbage time covers like this are what made me give up sports betting. Well, one of the things....

This game highlights the perils of sports gambling. I had a 3 team parlay. Stony Brook +12.5 against Georgia (covered). Took MU +12 - the Cohen 3 made that come true...but I took the Under on the OSU/MU game and it was 136. And of course game finished at 137. LOL. $40 gone. Was all excited when Cohen hit the 3 to bring it under 12...but then about 5 seconds later it dawned on me that made it 137. Fug.
