Hauser will be there.
Sounds like Haanif had planned on showing up as well. Assuming our other 2015 signings will too.
Hauser is coming Saturday not tonight....has a football game

Stevens Point junior Sam Hauser, 6'6" WF, will take an unofficial visit to Marquette on Saturday. Marquette has offered Hauser.

Ok so were playing hard to get. I like it.
Someone brought up Melvin Frazier hasn't committed. At a listed 6-7 205 and what is written about him,
he would be ideal for MU. 3-star. Hope Sam Hauser verbals. His younger brother is also very good. Will
get a chance to watch them this year, as they play in our conference. Will Stone be there?
Wojo: "But the fact of the matter is, you have to trust in your process".
Obviously an avid reader of the Scoop long before he was hired!

I'm not sure why a future Husky or Badger would want to come.

Wojo knew who to listen to and brought this up in the interview process. It's why Wilde and Cords were so sold on his vision.

He's scheduled to be at Oklahoma State for their Madness this weekend, and Maryland for theirs next weekend.
Thanks

Fixed that for ya.
Would we really want our recruits at madness? I've personally always thought our madness was a bit cheesy and not quite as exciting when compared to other schools. Usually the scrimmage is sloppy, the entrance isn't what it used to be since they don't turn off all the lights anymore. Plus I mean the dunk contest isn't exactly stacked with completion since dulce and DJO left (though I expect a crazy one with Wally and Burton)

Nah, it's not the spectacle of UK or UNC's; could use some more pomp but it's not terrible. It's supposed to be cheesy. We've had a decent track record of Madness recruits committing. Though it's better when five alumni in the NBA show up. Hopefully Drake makes it next year. Personally, I'd vote for Danny Pudi coming and bringing Alison Brie, and having her sit with
the recruits me.

I remember the NBA one my junior year it was crazy. But I mean my frosh, soph, senior and super senior years it was only average. Just think we could make it from cheesey to an electric feeling that truly pumps people up.

To be fair being a PR guy was never Buzz's strong suit, in fact he hated it. I know last year they were scrambling up to the day of the event to put it together and create ideas of what to do. Think about it, a Otule fairwell, a singoff with Buzz and Junior, a 3 point contest with the girls team involved, etc. None of those are that thrilling. Also I think the girls practicing first kind of drains the excitement.
Maybe Wojo has something up his sleeve (hopefully not a karate outfit sleeve)
MU athletics tweeted out this morning that Wally and Henry's dad will be participating in the dunk contest.
Quite the family resemblance, I must say:

In late August, Mark Miller changed his prediction from UConn to Wisky. I don't like going up against his 90+% record.

Damn, didn't know that. Kinda concerning?
Jeez, who gives a damn? Let's not do what we blast Vadger fans for doing: Obsessing over the other team's recruits.
MU just snagged its best recruit since Doc Rivers. I choose to focus on that. Not who—or who may not—be playing for Dracula at UW-Madison.

This started with me trying to dampen down the expectations of certain posters who automatically think that Diamond Stone is going to reconsider Marquette because of the Ellenson commitment, and are now instituting a Diamond Stone lookout at all things Marquette.
So who's actually there?

Can't tell if you're being serious or sarcastic if serious it was 11-12 and I've been vocal that Id just graduated last May so I assume it was obvious. If sarcastic then was it really worth all your time to come on here and pick a fight?

He said he had no inside sources on this one, just a feeling. But I think he later tweeted that it was a slight lean, like Ellenson to Marquette was a slight lean.
Let Stone go to UW, Maryland, UConn, who gives a rip about him anymore? Let's enjoy and appreciate getting a potential high impact player, who can make this team and program better the instant he steps on campus next summer. Not to mention three other very solid recruits, all consensus 4 star guys packaged with him.

Yep, Sam Hauser played a couple of plays at QB against Marshfield on Friday night. So, no one answered the
question---Any Recruits at Madness Friday night?
