I prefer Al's preference for kids from neighborhoods with cracked sidewalks

Chris Carrawell will undoubtedly make a difference in that area.

I'd imagine Phelps is familiar with that area as well.

Maybe east st Louis.
St. Louis proper has plenty of cracked sidewalks.
Mr. Cook attends Chaminade Prep, located in the affluent western suburbs. It is a fine Marianist institution. The school offers boarding - many international students, historically - I have no idea if Mr. Cook is a local kid from the immediate area or the city (St. Louis kids will travel a fair distance to attend their preferred Catholic high school) or not a local at all and is boarding.
One of my MU roommates attended Chaminade. Interesting that the only two Marianist order colleges in the US are Chaminade (think Ralph Sampson) and Dayton. Doesn't look like Dayton has offered.

Small world, Legs. Two of my roommates at MU attended Chaminade - one was a day student from St Louis and one a boarder from Havana, Il (by way of Quito, Ecuador - his father was a doctor on the wrong side of a revolution down there).

St Mary's in San Antonio as well. Not sure if there are others. Perhaps you meant with D-1 hoops.
Bradley Beal was a Chaminade player. They must have a decent program there.

Jason Tatum's dad played at SLU along with his high school teammate Larry Hughes. Justin is now the coach at Christian Brothers High School (CBC) a Catholic boy's school a short distance from Chaminade.

St. Mary's of San Antonio is also Marianist. My dad is an alum.
He got special scholly for graduates of Marianist High Schools. In his case, it was Assumption in East St. Louis, which closed and the building converted to a juvenile detention center. I wish that was a joke.

Now Tina Turner may have lived in East St. Louis, but she will always be from Nutbush, Tn. Drove through there once---that is all that is there--one nutbush.
According to Corey Evans, Bracey will take an unofficial visit to MU on October 7.

According to twitter, he will also visit Ohio State soon, has had visits from Indiana and Maryland, and has an offer from Kansas State.

Knew the " Duke" back in the day. Played volleyball with us when he was in town and was married to an older friend's sister. Ex-boxer, fighter pilot and a man's man. Known to buy a round when it was his turn
