4 out of the last 5 predictions have Marquette. That's gotta be a good sign. =)

Not to get ahead of myself (which is exactly what I'm doing) but what impact would Ellenson's commitment have on Stone? Help, hurt, none of the above?
None of the above. That cat's not staying in state.

I see what you did there.
Will trim his list of final schools in August, he is in no hurry.

I'd play for coach Pete Bell, too.

Why don't we just contact Ellenson himself and ask, instead of all this speculation. Call him up and ask "Who's your choice?"

I'll driving by Rice Lake on Thursday night. Maybe I can swing by and meet Henry at the Norske Nook for a slice of pie and the scoop.
Is Coach K still fishing in Rice Lake telling him he's not good enough for Duke but how legit Wojo is?

he's taking the starbuck's scholarship?
would love to know the thought process with heldt in regards to ellenson and stone. the recruiting games and changes wouldn't allow me to sleep as a coach.

The Norske Nook is justly famous for its local pie. I always found the evening pie appeared far more succulent than the pie offered during the daytime. Perhaps the daytime pie is made from older berries or the crust has begun to go stale? Also, the daytime pie has a higher fat content. Alas, I never partook of the Norske Nook pie as my wife always reminded me that there was dessert at home.
gross ;D

None.
But my guess is that there was already, at best, a 10% chance he stays in the state. 70% chance for Kentucky and 20% for UCLA
Late to the party. GREAT news to see.

Signing Ellensen is payback and redemption for losing Wolf.

I think Henry's coming to MU too. Mods, please change the title of this thread to "Three Experts..."
Wally's announcement is giving MU all sorts of momentum. I think you guys are the favorite for Henry right now, but if he waits until August I'd say it is wide open.
The fact that he didn't immediately jump on the Duke offer gives me a lot of hope that he will stay in state.

The Norske Nook used to be a nice country place where you get a good down home meal on the way to Superior (off Interstate 94 southeast of Eau Claire). Then some idiot New York writer found the place and it went upscale. Hasn't been the same since.
When a nice western Wisconsin restaurant starts selling coffee mugs and offering its pies in Eau Claire brew pubs, you know something is wrong.
Just to update the predictions, after two guys changed to MU on June 30, nine guys listed MU on July 2nd. Four were new predictions, Four were switches from Wisconsin, and one was a switch from Duke.
Patrick Reusse commented on Wally's transfer on his show Thursday. Said it makes us front runner for Henry.
Now, if only Sid would confirm......
Just enjoyed the Lingonberry pie at the Osseo Norske Nook last month. It's good but not for anyone that has a sensitive palate.

The Swedish Shop at my local IKEA sells lingonberry jam that always seems to follow us home.

What time of day was it?
Trying to get back on topic here a little. Mark, have you heard anything lately or feel that Henry may punt his "list trimming" in August and possibly commit sooner?
I know we got a whole lot of MU momentum last week the day Wally transferred but do you still feel as confident now that teaming up with his brother is what Henry wants most?
Sorry, just a couple of questions I had cause I think closing the class with Ellenson and either Dillard/Cheatham would be remarkable for Wojo's first class.

Sid is clueless although he is a very close personal friend of Bobby Knight.
