Never heard a recruit talk about his finalists being tied, but whatever, that's where things stand as of this evening per Levin-

The article linked in the NBC Sports has a little more detail about his thoughts on N'western and MU.

Oooooowh! The suspense is just killing me! :D
Having a lot of local Oak Park MU alums (old and young) to my house for my graduation party this weekend. Maybe I walk over to Gabe's house and invite him to come so we can all make our case. (complete joke nobody freak out about recruiting violations)
What time, BpB? ;)

Haha you'll hear the music louder than the st giles bell has gotten.
Does he need to sit for a year?
First, I want Levin because Wojo wants Levin. If Wojo thinks he can play, that's good enough for me. Wojo has no track record as head coach, but he has recruited to an elite school. At this point, we basically have no choice but to trust his talent evaluating skills. We also have no reason to doubt them.
Second, I want Levin because it's better for us image-wise to beat ND (and Northwestern) for a recruit than the alternative.
Third, I want Levin because he seems to be a bright young man, although he does make the same mistake many do in confusing "strive" and "thrive." Here was what he said about Wojo: "He definitely has a plan. He's been an assistant coach at Duke and he'll only strive. He won't have any problems stepping right in."
Come to Marquette, Gabe. Make the law firm of Cohen, Levin & Fischer a reality! Oy ... I already can hear all the mothers talking about how proud they are!!
