Title: Jared Terell

4 star 6-4 225 lb SG that Buzz's administration was in on. Just decommitted from Oklahoma State. Doesn't fill one of our immediate needs but is probably one of the top 5 high school seniors left in the 2014 class. We could do a lot worse

He's a brick. Fullback. Strong.

But please spell his last name correctly.

Nay.

We need this guy.

Let's hope he doesn't backstab us and transfer.

I have no idea what you're getting at.  He has to transfer he's a sophomore at a JUCO.

We have more than enough switchables like Lando.  We need Wookiees, like Chewbacca.

Is that with, or without an I?   ;)

Yeah, but none of them can pilot the Falcon in a pinch.

Found him.

Now we need him to transfer: 6'8" Isaac Fotu, Univ of Hawaii by way of New Zealand.

14.9 ppg and 6.1 rpg are pretty decent numbers!

EDIT: What am I talking about? We already have him!

That's why we just acquired Hans Carlino.

This guys a great player who we should definitely go after even though we have plenty of guards. I've played against this guy over 20 times and he's the real deal. I used to play against him in travel back in grade school and then I didn't see him for a couple years. He reclassified and went to prep school and really developed and got much stronger. I played against him in an AAU tournament last spring and guarded him for a lot of the game. His team was all D1 commits and he stuck out as the best. He's built like Burton but is more skilled, better shooter, ball handler, passer. He kinda plays with a D Wade type of style....and wades career turned out pretty good.

NO ONE PLAYS LIKE BANE.

NARY ONE.

At least on this team.

The latest RSCI (average of the major recruiting services rankings) done for the summer of 2013 for 2014 prospects has Jared ranked in a virtual tie with Ahmed Hill!

He's looking at URI, BC and Providence.  He has family issues and wants to play closer to home...

Huge get for URI, but for Jared this move makes no sense. URI has no fan base and has had very minimal success. I would much rather go to BC or providence. Don't understand this move at all

This guy is trying to change that.

For the first time in 15 years, he was back to watch URI play this season.

Can't believe the local news coverage "you can trust" misspelled his name in the URL:

Makes a lot of sense. He wanted to be closer to home. He got his wish.

BC and Providence are both much closer to Weymouth MA then URI is. They are both also much better academically and as basketball schools. Doesn't make sense

Rhode Island could be quite good in the near future (don't let the 14-18 this past year fool you).
