Why, when someone doesn't like a thread, do they ask mods to lock or remove it?
It's a freakin' post on a fan chat site. It's not supposed to solve world problems.
I agree that it's silly to have a Top 25 in April for the following season. But I don't see the need to censor anybody who chooses to discuss it.
Chicos, is somebody holding a gun at your head and forcing you to click on this thread? If not, just ignore it, go to another thread and talk about what a crapshoot the NCAA tournament is.

It was made in jest. No need to say the NCAA tournament is a crapshoot anymore, even the moron 2nd graders finally got it through their skulls this year. ;)

Yep, I admit I didn't get the sarcasm, and I'm usually pretty good at both getting and giving it.
It isn't all that unusual for somebody to demand that a thread get locked or moved if it's a subject they don't like.
So man, am I ever embarrassed by failing to grasp the humor in "Please lock this ridiculous thread ASAP." Now that I get it, I just can't stop laughing.
