Title: Isn't it decision time now?
Post by: HutchwasClutch on April 01, 2014, 07:24:23 AM
W/ Smart and Cuonzo (thank-you Cuonzo) both turning MU down, what more is their to consider?  They've obviously talked w/ Howland and interviewed Wojo yesterday.  Short of giving Wardle an interview (which I wouldn't bother with), shouldn't they have enough now to make a decision and finally move forward?   Lord knows they've done their due diligence w/ exploring various candidates.

Unless they want to make one last play for Archie?

Good point. I4 introduced Crean an April 1st. Their fans no longer find it funny.

So in the whole basketball world there are only say 5 or 6 real candidates for MU to consider? Two or three turned them down so now they are desperate? I just don't buy it.

Yeah, it's decision time. After reading all the speculation on which assistant butt wiper we deserve, it has been decided we should all take our morning constitution.

Interviews are commonly held during the Final 4.

Crean was hired on March 30th. Buzz was hired April 8th. This whole process seems much more drawn out and abnormal than it really is.
