Both teams expending a ton of energy and emotion.
Wouldn't be surprised to see whoever wins a bit drained on Sat vs UW.
Get ready for Becky in the Final Four. And hell, they just might win the whole thing. If you thought UW fans were insufferable before.....

I'm preparing myself for that. I just hope they come out cold on Saturday.
These two teams are much better than Wisconsin.

I'm preparing as well. These teams are very tough matchups for WI though, and are much better than either Baylor or OR. Wn their conferences, weren't middle of the pack.
The Vadgers haven't seen a tough defensive team like any of these the whole year. Both of these teams play better defense than Mich St. Nonetheless, they can hang with either. Arizona is probably the tougher matchup, in terms of the starting 5, but their youth and lack of depth could hurt them. SDSU matches up well with them. I think SDSU might be the better matchup. To me, it's a pick 'em either way.
AZ with some key foul trouble at the seven minute mark.
UW could really struggle with Thames.
SDSU very food defensively, though im not sure they have the fire power (though I did pick them to the final four. Not feeling great about that right now).

Just hope Louisville is there waiting for them. C-A-R-D-S would beat them like a drum.

Rick Patino would ravage the Badgers much like a blonde in an Italian restaurant.

Speaking of that incident, has there ever been a big name athlete or coach who handled the self created drama as perfectly as he did? He came out smelling like roses.

Winning sure helps, huh? When you are perhaps the best coach ever, seems like you can get away with some stuff.

I'm not condoning his behavior. I just appreciate how he flat out came out and admitted it effectively cutting the media off at the knees and killing the story before the 24/7 news cycle could make it into something more.

If Larry Eustachy was in the NCAA tourney consistently, I might choose him. Otherwise, the selection pool is quite small. I can't think of anyone else.
Deonte almost beat SDSU this year

Which means nothing. What was the trajectory of the two teams as the season played itself out?
