I've said it enough. Have we not learned enough about jumping to conclusions since Monday? Apparently not. Let's relax and respect the process. These things (finding the right guy, negotiations, etc.) take time. Wasn't going to happen in a day. Relax. I'll say it one last time (okay, probably not the last time), respect the process.
That's assuming there actually is a process.

Relax. Respect me. Let's see where I take us.
Process the respect, too.
I respect the process. Whether I will in the morning is still unclear.
I'll respect the process. In return, care to give a prediction?
at least you can all chill watching a Badger Sweet 16 game - oh, crap...
Well, I don't know if it respect the process, or respect the time to execute the process correctly.
To put it simply, it is hard to hire a new coach in less than a week. There needs to be time to negotiate, to work out details, to "sleep on it", to do due diligence, to have the respective lawyers finalize contractual language, etc.
Obviously, MU knew Brent was going to bail out. But, until he did, there really was not much they could do on the front end other than out-line what type of coach they wanted, the parameters of an offer, and the like.
If nothing has happened within two weeks, then I think the board has every right to go into a total incendiary mode ... but not before.
Stay calm ...
Making the sausage, waiting for the baby to be born... (those two might be related), Christmas eve, the night before your wedding..... to continue the baby analogy, this kid will be born. We just don't know what he will look like or who the father is. Go back to your lives, citizens.
