Strong's jet cannot be tracked via usual sources e.g. Flight Aware (tail# is hidden).  Only chance is if MU hires a jet from a charter service.

Benny, what about past flights? Do they have to log or are they completely dark?

Refers to the PM you received

I believe Flight Aware blocks everything for a tail number so long as the do-not-track order is in place.  So I think that includes history as well, but I'm not 100% certain.
