Students were allowed to pick up their Fanatic TShirts today. Overall, I was unimpressed with them. They are Gold again and the number 6 is on the sleeve now. Nowhere on it does it say Fanatic. The front looks like a generic Marquette Basketball tee and the back is just an advertisement for Direct Supply. Those are my thoughts about them. Any other thoughts out there?
Yeah, I got student tickets through my cousin but I live in Chicago. Could you pick my shirt up for me?

I agree. The shirt looks like something you could pick up at the Walgreens on 16th St. That said, it's free and yellow, so it will do.
you just need to email someone your id and they can pick it up for you. My friend is in DC this semester so he did that and I was able to pick up his shirt for him.

Why would we change the shirt color? The student section's name is the 'Gold Rush' for a reason.
And who cares if it doesn't say fanatic. I think we all know that they're the fanatic tees.
Its a good shirt, in my opinion. I like that they're simple.
The shirt is ugly, man. The Walgreen's comment is dead-on, too, but at least it's still gold. I was worried they were going to go with light blue.

i was saying that they are gold again, not suggesting a new color at all. i think by stating fanatic, it makes it look like something alittle better than a walgreens shirt

I don't know what you guys are worried about... this is my junior year and this is definitely the best shirt we've gotten in the past three years. stop whining, it's a free shirt.

Hey! I liked the 05-06 shirts (my senior year), aside from the 03-04 they were the best of my 4 years.
The 04-05s were crap. Looked like some 4 year old gave his abstract rendition of a basketball.
I think that some people were turned off by the ringer style in 05-06. I, for one, did not care for them.
I agree, the 03-04s were the best. Understated and elegant, haha.
I liked the ringer style shirts however my favorite has to be last years jersey t-shirt with the number 6 and the name fanatic on the back.
Anyone got a pic of these shirts? Maybe we can do something better? Marquette Fanatics - MUScoop style?

The ringer was good in theory, but poorly executed.

they were made a few years back by someone who has graduated. I can ask around and see if this person would be able to get more but I cant make any guarantees. The Warriors Forever shirt has turned into my gameday shirt for this year for most games since I really am not a big fan of this years fanatics shirts.
