How about putting 3 or 4 courts side-by-side in Cowboy Station, the Superdome, Lucas Oil Field, etc. (big indoor football stadiums) and having the game run simultaneously in front of 70,000 to 100,000?
Like it or hate it?
I have to think it would be confusing to the players. Hearing the whistle in one game and thinking it's your game.
I think it may be difficult to televise too with another game going on in the background.
If you're a fan/alumni in the crowd and could end up stuck sitting facing the wrong game.
Besodes that it could be entertaining.
worked for Intramural Games didn't it?
Extra points for players entering the game on the wrong court?
Umm .. hate it as a fan .. why have all that going on in one location?
Maybe if the NCAAs goes to 256 teams.
Madness Idea
Fixed thread title for you.

In this round most teams play in front of half full stadiums. Even the lower bowl in Milwaukee is 75% full and bucky is in town.
Under this idea, it would be staggered starts with 70,000 in attendance in a carnival like atmosphere.

Don't think that a carnival like atmosphere is what the NCAA is shooting for. They want each and every game to be an event whether it is or not.

Whistles blowing, ball goes on to other court, etc.
I can see how the ADHD crowd would like this, but no thanks
That is one of the worst ideas I've ever heard.

Thats what I was banking on for today. Bought nosebleed seats for session two in hopes to be able to move down.
Don't like it. Too much going on
Make the NCAA tournament into an expanded AAU event? Yeah.........no.
