This is the season of our discontent. It will be full of stuff on Diamond Stone, transfers (in or out of MU) and unusual speculations
Here is speculation. Buzz will line up cupcakes pre-season, and we will be 9-9 in conference--18-13 overall.

Other than how this past season turned out, how is the above any different than any other offseason?

Cupcakes like Wisconsin, Arizona State, Ohio State, Kansas/Michigan State/Tennessee/Georgia Tech? Alright, alright, alright!
Not next year. We know that Wisky will be on the schedule and that we will get our ass kicked at OSU. Most of the rest will be cupcakes. If not, another 17-15 year.

We already Ohio State, Wisconsin, and Arizona State locked up. We are also in a tournament field that includes Michigan State, Kansas, Georgia Tech, and Tennessee, among others.
I'll go on record and say we will play a tougher overall out of conference schedule than we did this year. Had we gotten enough wins against quality teams to get onto the bubble this season, our out of conference strength of schedule would have been something that would have kept us out of the tournament. We will play less 250 and below RPI teams and more 100-200 RPI teams.

OK, have not seen the schedule yet, which probably won't be finalized until August, and there will be cupcakes on it. But here are some predictions:
Wisc. loss
OSU: loss
Az State: win
MSU: Ass kicking
Ks.: Ass Kicking
Tn.: Loss
I find it hard to believe that we play all those teams. Buzz will have plenty of cupcakes. If we play all those teams, we will be less than .500 for the year.

What do you base this on? This one past season during which all you have done is whine incessantly?
My lord, how can one live in such a negative world? Try your hand at some meditation; it will do your soul some good.

boring? Anything new to add beside the usual optimism?

What is your prediction, 30-2?

We're locked into UW, OSU, ASU, and the tournament field guarantees three of: Georgia Tech, Kansas, Michigan State, Rhode Island, Rider, Santa Clara, Tennessee. The quality games should be comparable to this year, except it would be impossible to produce a schedule with more pathetic buy games, so it should be better overall.

Gosh I hate this.
We are assuming that we won't get better for one. We are assuming that our players are not bitter at being left out of every tournament field for another. We are assuming that no one steps up next year and leads.
We are assuming everyone is better than us.
Grow up doomsday's. We had a bad year. IT AINT HIROSHIMA, for crying out loud. Bizz will be back and my best guess is he too learned about himself this year. Our staff did. Everyone from Father Wild to the team managers I'm sure are committed to one thing -- NEVER AGAIN.
Grow up and let our team grow up.
Please
OK?
The ignore feature is such a great thing, but it goes to waste when people feel the need to quote the gibberish.
