I think the committee got Louisville and Wisconsin confused. Bucky a 2 and Pitino a 4?
UL got hosed. Would not want to be Manhattan.
I like Oregon knocking UW out on Saturday
I thought Louisville had an outside chance of being a 1. I would not wat to play them in the S16
Not much love for the old BE huh? ?-(
Sparty as a 4? I'll take them against the field. Some surprising seeds this year.
We got 4 in from the BE, right? Creighton, Nova, Xavier, and Providence. Did I miss any?
Four teams. Same as the remnants of the Big East (American).
Thats it. Pretty decent for a 10 team league!

With MUCH more favorable seeds
UW as a 2 is fine but UL as 4 is bogus. Green Bay should have made it. Especially with that win vs. Virginia. Will be interesting to see U-W-M play Nova. Imagine if they managed to pull off a shocker....
The conference got very little respect in my opinion. Four teams in, but two of the four really got bad seeds. I hope we can put the Big East on the map over the next couple of years.

Xavier and Providence should have been higher. They both beat Creighton (Providence twice). I don't know about Nova as a 2, though. Does anyone think Creighton is a 2 if they'd won the tournament?
Just interviewed the head of the selection committee. He said that Bucky was never seriously considered for the 1 line. Nova was, however.
Zona has a cake walk to the final 4. I like Providence against NC. Good matchup for them but I see Iowa St vs. MSU in that regional final.
Guess the committee was paying attention to Coach K's whining earlier in the day with NC State's inclusion. Lunardi had SMU six spots in and NC State seven spots out.

Louisville had a bad non conference schedule. The bottom of the AAC was bad.
I don't know why, but I have a weird feeling about Coastal Carolina/Virginia. No earthly reason, and I know how stupid it is and when I fill out my bracket I sure won't be picking it.
UWM gets a taste of life in the BE, playing Nova.
Today kinda hurt. We all knew we weren't going, but the sad part was we had as much talent as some of the 8-12 seeds for sure.
Hoping now we begin to play and train for next year. A year from now.... I'm hoping for much better.

Ehh...OK State will give AZ a hell of a game.
Look at Wisconsin's body of work vs. Louisville. I hate Wisconsin as much as the next, but their resume is much, much stronger than Louisville's. Who did Louisville beat this season? A solid but not spectacular Cincinnati and a solid but not spectacular UCONN. Otherwise...crickets?
Michigan State is obviously better than their record when they are healthy, but they got what they deserved based on their wins and losses.

No doubt. This was a crappy feeling. Things will be different with Burton and Mayo at the helm

Swear to you, I just said the same thing to my buddy!

Buzz will still be coaching the games right?
You know who really got screwed in the shuffle is Wichita St. They have a gauntlet of Kentucky, Louisville and Michigan on the other side.
If you wanna piss with the big boys, ya know?
Creighton versus Wisconsin, worst matchup for college basketball

Completely disagree. It is a great match-up.
This way, one of them is bound to get knocked out so we don't end up with them facing off in the Final Four; talk about a terrible matchup.
I honestly dont see Creighton beating Baylor. The Big 12 was damn good this year.

Baylor is good but lazy zones don't work well against Creighton.

Agreed. Let's go American.
