Looks like a very solid hire! Broeker's first, of many hopefully.

How do we know it was Broeker? I'm hearing it was Cords.
And now Marquette has the news. (http://www.gomarquette.com/sports/w-volley/spec-rel/021414aaa.html)
Young guy. Coming back to his home state and only 10 minutes away from his alma mater. Reading more about it seems like a really great hire. Hopefully he can make the jump from the MAC to the Big East.
looks like a winner
This may be a dumb question, but is he any relation to former MU assistant Dan Theis?
Ohio played alot of tough schools. Beat two ranked teams.

As an Ohio resident, I'm disappointed to see him go; he's done a great job at Ohio. As a Marquette alum, I'm excited about the future and hopeful that he'll do a great job and pick up where Bond left off. As the father of a HS VB player, I'm just confused trying to keep up with the coaching dominoes.

No relation. Dan spelled his name "Theiss."
