First Bielema bolts for Arkansas, now this:
Ian Rapoport @RapSheet
#Browns tried it all during coaching search. Source says they secretly interviewed #Wisconsin coach Gary Andersen, who got a raise on 1/25
I know we all hate Wisconsin (or at least many of us), but those two items don't provide the same "stepping-stone" evidence.
Leaving a BCS school because you got an NFL gig is vastly different than leaving for another BCS school.

Are you sure leaving a BCS school for the Cleveland Browns is a step up? Have you seen the Browns play the last few years?

Ask Joe Thomas.
pretty dumb post - if going from a college Head coach to a NFL head coach makes it a stepping stone job, I guess we then have the following list of stepping stone schools:
- Oregon
- Penn State
- Stanford
- UCS
I guess I would want to be in that list in that case.
As for Bielema, I think it was more the case of "don't let the door hit you on the way out" - think they were happy he chose to leave...
Some of you guys really need to lighten up.
It's a compliment to your program if NFL teams come calling.

+1
Right now they are the most dysfunctional organization in the NFL. Lots of coaches will not talk to them because they are the Browns.
