Title: Our Look at the MU/Butler Rematch
Post by: andymartinelli2 on February 03, 2014, 04:16:01 PM
A lot can happen in four games. That's how long it's been since Marquette's first meeting with Butler on Jan. 18. It's possible you don't remember...

Figured this was as good a spot to put our preview for the rematch as well.  Did a Q&A with the folks from Anonymous Eagle.

Appreciate the kind words chili.

Hah, gun to head, yeah I probably am since I'm from South Bend, but definitely am not disillusioned into thinking they're nearly as clean cut as they (and a lot of their fans) like to portray themselves as.  I've met several Marquette fans during my travels.  Always liked you guys a lot better than the UWM fans I'd run into in Milwaukee during Butler's Horizon League days.

Hoping for a close game, we'll see though, feel like Marquette's going to have something to prove in this one.

I was in Indy for the first game, and loved the experience (except for the result). Hinkle's my kinda barn. The BU fans around us were great. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Glad to hear you aren't a koolaid drinker.  I grew up off of Day and Filbert....learned first hand what a bunch of pains in the a$$es they are.
