1. Our team did not lie down and get blown out at home.
2. Gardner's determination and success in scoring - wow!
3. Mayo - ice water -- way to hit 3 straight free throws under tons of pressure.
4. If we don't make the tournament this year, at least it's not adding to a streak of not making it.
5. Still a lot of ball to be played, including opportunities to beat each team we have lost to.
Feel free to add more. Positive comments only allowed, so I realize this could be challenging for some.
No more pink uniforms this season.

I commend your effort, but this thread is doomed to fail.
6. None of the freshman have transferred despite the endless unfounded rumors on here.

If they transfer we will just sign better freshmen!
Our lock down defenders kept Nova under 100
7. We could still win the BE tourney, which would guarantee us a spot in the NCAAs. We still have ten games to find the right line up to do that (eg, Dawson Mayo JW Taylor Oxtule)
I'll contribute to this thread...I actually thought we played pretty well. Villanova is better than we are. I disagree with the rotations, but I really think only one guy had a poor game.
Gardner was as tenacious on the boards yesterday as he has been in his entire career. Also, am I imagining things or did he change shoes (pink to blue) at halftime?
Someone stepped up at crunch time.
Steve Taylor is healthy.
Jamil went to the rack hard from the wing.
Davante went off.
Diamond Stone saw that the post can get fed in Buzz's offense.
The sun came up. Of course, it is still frickin 0 degrees out, I have received a foot of new, blowing and drifting snow in the last 48 hours and I am running out of places to put it, the plow left a 3 foot high pile at the end of my driveway......but the sun came up.
#8 Steve Taylor Starts or plays Starter Minutes... If healthy
9. Welcome break from Buzz to SMU/Texas/Devry/etc threads for a season...... I hope.
Mu took the number 4 team and highest ranked team in the Big East to overtime. There is hope for this season yet.
Rick Barnes is coaching his ass off down in Austin...or the players are finally listening to him...or the Big 12 sucks...some combination, but Rick seems safe.
MU never quits...a solid trait by the program for many years continues.
The next 7 or 8 games, most are winnable.
No stories about kids in trouble with the law, or bad grades. Still is just a game played by kids who have to balance
school; practice; travel; games, and negative comments when they do not play like NBA all-stars. Bravo to the team
to continue to fight all the way to the whistle.
Juan Anderson is a clown on the bench.
Beer sales at the Bradley Center are at an all-time high this season.
I like the positivity.
#1 I think this team isn't as bad as most people think. The schedule does set up nicely for them to win some games.
#2 I was completely entertained by yesterday's game. Frustrated? Yes. Entertained? Absolutely. There are very few things in life that hold my attention for 3 hours anymore. The game was very entertaining, and I was on the edge of my seat the entire second half, waiting for MU to make a final push.
Everyone in our recruiting pipeline who isn't suspended seems to be having a fine season.
Really liked what Jamil did with his hair (nh).
Thank God the Baadgers lost 3 in a row before the win over Purdue.
Luke Fischer is bulking up.
Duane Wilson is rehabbing.
Jordan brand is still affiliated with MU.
Larry is still not the AD.

Why not? They are lucky for us. We took #4 to OT with them.
