Baseball season will be rolling around soon and what better way to start then a possible lawsuit against Brauny ;D.

In all seriousness though I was talking to someone involved in the case a few weeks back and they said that Braun will likely get off because of a lack of proof in writing that he said anything negatively about Sasson.
I would guess this isn't going to be much of a story. I watch a lot of MLB Network (somebody has to), and this was barely mentioned last night. FWIW, replay changes are dominating the off-season talk right now.
I don't know enough about how the law works in these cases to know if the plaintiff can win.
But I hope he does.
I hope the ivy at Wrigley is set on fire by kerosene, but we don't always get what we wish, do we, 82?
